What is the typical lead time for a paper tube machine order?
Lead time depends on machine configuration and current production schedule. Typically 30–60 days after order confirmation and deposit. We will provide an accurate timeline with your formal quote.
Do you provide on-site installation and training?
Yes. We provide on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training. The service is quoted separately based on location. Alternatively, our engineers can guide your team remotely via video for simpler installations.
What is the warranty period and what does it cover?
Standard warranty is 12 months from shipment for the whole machine (excluding wearing parts). Electrical components and servo/PLC systems carry the original manufacturer's warranty. We supply wearing parts from stock for the lifetime of the machine.
Can you customize machine specifications?
Yes. We offer OEM/ODM services. Common customizations include tube diameter range, production speed, voltage, color, branding, and packaging. Share your requirements and we will design a configuration.
Do you accept third-party inspection before shipment?
Yes. We welcome third-party inspections (BV, SGS, TUV, or your nominated inspector) at our facility before shipment. Inspection fees are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
